About Me

Good day and thank you for taking the time to consider me as a great fit for your tennis needs! I teach ALL over Los Angeles County at various private homes and complexes that graciously let me utilize their facilities!
I have been teaching kids and adults of all ages and levels this wonderful and lifelong sport. I attended the Bollettieri Academy in Florida where I was a member of the USTA National Championship Team. I am USPTR certified and have taught at several Country Clubs and tennis programs in Los Angeles County. I am always voted the most favorite Pro by kids, adults, and parents. I teach private, semiprivate, clinics and group lessons. I look forward to hearing from you and seeing you on the court! :)

Teaching Style

Every person I teach has different needs, and they all have their own strengths and weaknesses. So, I don't teach the same method to every student. Instead, I am able to teach and customize the best method and approach to what that specific student needs in order to improve quicker!

Student Feedback

Known Adam for many years. A great leader a great person and a great teacher. When I first started taking lessons with Adam every ball I hit was outside the court. Now all my hits are winners. You can’t find a better person whose down to earth who could help u fulfill your tennis needs.

Adam is always there when he is supposed to come. He makes sure we are all warmed up to start the clinic. He tries to check the way we hit the balls, back hand, forehand, and volleys.
I like him because he drills us to sharpen our reactions and drills us for the real balls instead of just feeding.
Also he is flexible. He doesn’t charge when we miss the clinic.
I have been playing tennis since 1973 and have been always taking tennis clinics, private lessons. So I know when I see a good clinic. I like Adam and I recommend him to anyone.

Adam was so great with my son that has special needs. He brought out the best in him. He taught him the proper way to serve as well as other good tennis techniques. I found him very skillful. Adam was punctual and when he was running late, I’d always get a text informing me...very reliable. He was a great tennis coach for my son. I highly recommend him.

I have been doing group lessons and some private lessons with Adam for about 4 years now. He has enormous patience and has corrected and continues to correct my bad tennis habits. My game has improved greatly and continues to improve with Adams coaching. I would highly recommend Adam as a coach.

Incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful instructor who has years of experience with a range of tennis players/students ranging from young children to adults in their latter years.

Tennis skill development may occur in a single lesson with Adam or a series of lessons to better prepare for a long term approach to the game... He has a an attention to details that will be sure to improve your game!

Listen closely and be eager to learn! I highly recommend Adam.

Adam has been my son’s tennis teacher for about 3 years all together. He has a very nice personality and is very patient. He made my sons tennis lessons fun and challenging. Nick always looked forward to his tennis lesson. I would highly recommend Adam as an instructor and coach.

Adam is a great teacher. So knowledgeable, and makes the lessons interesting, and alot of fun. He is very patient and kind (I'm in my 60's, and don't seem to learn as fast as younger people)! I've been taking lessons with Adam for about 3 years, and enjoy every minute of it.

Joan S. - December 15, 2018

Adam is the best tennis teacher I’ve ever had. Patient, positive, fun, and good-natured, and never critical, Adam teaches you everything you need to know about the game — from perfecting each shot, to strategy, to mental attitude under pressure. I call him the Guru, and you will too. Can’t recommend highly enough. 🎉🎾🎉

Nona K. - December 14, 2018

Great instructor that is laid back and knows just about everything to do with tennis. Extremely friendly and very accommodating. I would recommend Adam again and again.

Rob - December 14, 2018

I heard about Adam from kids at a summer camp who voted Adam their favorite pro out of a dozen pros. After taking one lesson from him, I could see why. In addition to teaching the basic fundamentals well, he makes learning how to play fun! He always has a genuine smile on his face when he teaches because he really enjoys it! He has helped my game in every way. I’ve also seen him take rank beginners and have them rallying in no time! It’s really astonishing! I really get my money’s worth because he will often go beyond the hour if he needs more time to teach me something. These are just some of the reasons I’ve loved working with him all these years and I know I’m just one of his many loyal customers.

Donna S. - December 14, 2018

Adam has transformed me into a very competitive tennis player.

Adam has been wonderful, and we would certainly consider extending our lessons with him. He is a very good teacher, and a kind and easy-going person to boot. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Adam has all the good qualities you want in a coach -great skills, lots of experience, willingness to work on *your* goals, and a supportive, friendly attitude. I've seen him work with kids, and he seems to have just the right personality for that. If you want to improve your game and enjoy yourself in the process, Adam is your guy.

Aaron H. - May 8, 2015

I have been taking lessons with Adam for seven years and have learned a lot and had fun. He has helped me with my individual game and doubles play. Adam is always kind and positive with his instruction, he is a seasoned player with much knowledge to share. He makes himself available, is flexible, dependable and a good communicator. Adam is a terrific coach for both adults and kids.

Amy C. - May 8, 2015

Great tennis instructor and great person! I have improved a lot from Adam's teachings.

Corey S. - May 8, 2015

I first met Adam as a member of the prestigious Pasadena Athletic Club. I was impressed by his method of instruction. He didn't pre-categorize me by age, height or any other parameter to judge what my ability would be. As you become proficient at one task or level he challenges you with something as you become proficient at one task or level he challenges do with something new. And I have appreciated his challenges for over 15 years.

Adrienne B. - May 8, 2015

Adam has been my coach for 5 years. He is an excellent player and instructor. He focuses on your weaknesses and drills you on it. He can work with all ages and is a good listener for teens and special need kids.

Darlene L. - May 8, 2015

Adam is a great instructor. He is timely and professional.
My daughters, 9 and 7 years old, love their lessons with him. Not only are they learning great skills, but they're having fun while doing it.

Racquel S. - February 4, 2016

Adam was really fun to work with. He has a lot of technical knowledge and is good at explaining each stroke and assessing what you need to improve your game. I did a joint lesson with my husband and we feel that we both had fun and learned a lot. We will definitely use Adam again for future lessons.

A M. - February 7, 2016

Phil F. - September 22, 2016

Adam is a fantastic all-round coach. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the game, and has the ability to deliver guidance in such a casual way. He also has a keep eye for detail when correcting technique. I highly recommend him as your next tennis coach!

Jason D. - January 14, 2017

We are first time tennis players and couldn't be happier having Adam as our tennis instructor. He is extremely patient and knowledgable, and above all he's really fun to work with! We learn something new and lasting after each lesson. We've really enjoyed working with him, and plan on signing up for more lessons in the future. He has my strongest recommendation for people who haven't played tennis before and are looking for an instructor.
