Speaking of high level junior players, Carmel even offers supplemental agility and strength training specifically for tennis players in the form of BASEC Tennis Performance Lab. There are various free tennis courts around Carmel that are great places for your own court improvements as well. Many of the free outdoor tennis courts at the high schools and middle schools do not have lights. If you live in a neighborhood that has an HOA, like Timber Creek or Waterstone, there is a good chance your tennis courts have lights
