About Me
Hi! My name is Vahid. I grew in the Palm Beach area and have never moved! I began playing tennis at age 7 following in the footsteps of my two older brothers and father. If it wasn't for them, I would not be here today still playing this beautiful game. During my junior tennis career I was able to reach no. 1 in the country in the boys 14s and 16s, reached a career high of no. 28 in World ITF boys 18s and had a top 10 finish in ITF doubles beating players such as Donald Young and Juan Del Potro while playing Andy Murray and Gael Monfils. In college at Florida State University I became a 2011 All-American and had career highs of no. 7 and no. 21 in doubles and singles respectively. I also won the 2011 NCAA Arthur Ashe Sportsmanship and Leadership Award and captained two years at FSU. On the ATP Professional Tour I reached career high of no. 169 in doubles and reached career high of no. 804 in singles and beat the no. 2 team in world at ATP 250 Delray Beach Open in March 2014.
Teaching Style
Each lesson depends on the level of player: Beginners: I use a simple technique while also keeping them entertained. Intermediate: We work on footwork along with technique and having fun. High Performance: We work on patterns and a structured positive mindset toward the game while strategizing. Professional: all of the above. Adults (singles or doubles): We make easy adjustments to strokes if needed and use specific drills to improve your singles/doubles game.

Latest Reviews
Vahid worked with my 14 year-old son to prepare him for the high school tennis team. Vahid was excellent. He totally related to my son and was patient, kind, and caring in his teaching. He spotting things to improve upon and worked on each habit until it was corrected. I would definitely recommend Vahid.
