About Me
Hi, my name is Trenton, and have been a teaching professional for 5 years. I have trained under world renowned coaches such as Brad Stine(Coach of World #1 Jim Courier, and current pro Kevin Anderson), and Dave Borelli (5 time champion coach at USC). I have been a teaching professional at the Mercer Island Tennis Academy as well as Stine 360 academy where our mission was to develop collegiate level players in the hope of turning professional.. I have experience working with true beginners, young children, club players as well as high-level juniors.
I played tennis for 4 years at the division 1 men's tennis program at Seattle University and currently live in Summerlin as a teaching professional. Throughout my life, I have competed at high national junior levels traveling across the country to play. For my entire high school, I was educated online so that I could pursue my dream of playing college tennis and went to multiple tennis academies in my home state of California.
Teaching Style
I structure my lessons by first looking at technique and going from there. There is no set structure to any player and each lesson adapts to the individual and what I feel like they need to work on most. I can look at strokes technically by ball feeding, and also hit in and work on tactics and strategy during your lesson. I offer a high amount of video analysis to look at what technically is happening in your swing. I only focus on teaching pro-level strokes that most coaches shy away from for "club strokes".

Latest Reviews
I am a 3.0 level woman who has been playing for years but have struggled to improve. Trenton was really kind and helpful with my game. He helped a lot with making my serve feel more fluid and suggested further practice I could do outside of our lessons that made a big difference.
Trenton was great to work with helped me break down what was technically wrong with both my forehand and backhand. Trenton was very analytical and showed me exactly why I was struggling to get spin on my forehand.
