About Me
My love for tennis started at an early age. I was six years old when I first picked up a tennis racket in an after-school program at Evendale Elementary. I started playing competitively as a 10 year old, traveling to midwest and national tournaments. I felt fortunate to receive a college scholarship to the University of Louisville, from which I then transferred to Wright State University.
I am a certified school teacher in integrated business. I have been a full-time instructor for 12 years.
In April 2014 I decided that it was time to start my own company. I believe that the tennis instructional field is in need of a clear set of steps toward tennis improvement. Instead of just big classes with lots of students and the same drills, I advocate for personalized attention and instruction that makes a difference.
I enjoy working with students of all ages and ability levels. I believe that tennis is a lifelong sport, and it is never too early to start the journey. My passion and hard work attracted some high profile agreements with daycare centers and country clubs as well as swim and tennis clubs.
Teaching Style
I emphasize point construction, strategy and the willingness to compete as well as learning the basics of stroke development for less experienced players.
