About Me
Greetings, my name is Slava. I was born in Ukraine. I played tennis in high school and college over there. I’ve been teaching tennis part time since coming to the States. Because of my success, my plan now is to do it full time. I teach all levels and ages, and use my experience to teach students to enjoy the game, while simultaneously developing the skills necessary to get to the next level. I use individual approach for each student to maximize their potential.

Slava quickly decerned what skills my husband and I need to work on. His instructional techniques were spot-on and we are excited about for our next lesson. He is extremely knowledgeable about tennis techniques and is able to convey his knowledge well.
Coach Salva is a great coach for working on technique. If there is a specific issue or stroke you want to work on, he is the coach for you! He really listens to what you want to concentrate on and gives great coaching advice to meet your goals. I am enjoying my lessons with him.
Slava has significantly improved my game in just a handful of lessons. He has made extremely efficient use of our time, quickly identifying the “lowest hanging fruit” and filling in those gaps to build a broad foundation of play. I will absolutely continue to work with Coach Slava in the future and would recommend him to any player from beginner to advanced.
I am relatively new to the game but had already developed a few solid fundamentals before my first session with Coach Slava. In the first hour with him, he effectively evaluated where the weaknesses in my game lie. He has focused on those weaknesses as well as adding more difficult drills to develop slightly more advanced skills and learn the tactics of the game. He has made wonderful use of the time, and we have already seen big improvement. I will definitely be coming to Slava for more sessions in the future.
