About Me

Hello my name is Simon, I have been playing tennis for 10+ years. I was on my high schools tennis team and I made state three years in a row. I have been teaching JTT teams, tennis summer camps , and private lessons for 4+ years. I have taught a wide variety of age groups and skill levels in Lexington, Frankfort, and Versailles. I enjoy teaching and seeing the progress that my students make over the years as their tennis game improves.

Teaching Style

In private lessons, I tend to focus on what the individual feels they are struggling with. I prioritize learning correct backhand and forehand form while also focusing on becoming comfortable with the racket. In group lessons, I try to focus on more general aspects of tennis. I try to work on fixing common mistakes such as footwork, positioning, and timing through repetitive drills. Overall I try to make lessons fun and exciting while also seeing major improvements.
