My name is Sergey, originally from Russia, a former player, playing many tournaments in Russia, working tennis instructor, and hitting partner. In the USA, I worked with my son Alexander Chistyakov, who has a 2016 USTA ranking of Boys 14 Singles #1 (Eastern-Southern Region). Alexander was 17 years old in 2019 and played in the USTA National Men's Championship, and Anna Borovinskaya is a professional WTA singles #1245, doubles # 929. Taking a twice-a-year master class with 7-time USPTA Coach of the Year Rick Macci, who coached Andy Roddick, Venus Williams, Serena Williams, Maria Sharapova, and Jennifer Capriati. Currently coaching USTA-rated students. My lessons give a customized step-by-step approach to bring along players of all levels, ages, and skills, focusing on advanced techniques and performance. Ongoing research to stay current with the most up-to-date teaching methods and practices to assist students grow more quickly and effectively.
Teaching Style
My teaching style communicates well with students and can teach new pro-technical advances with stroke biomechanics and the uses of biomechanical principles to produce optimal and efficient strokes. The strategies and mental side of players' development are considered the best in the game today.
