About Me
I am a passionate tennis coach and former competitive player who ranked in the top 5 in Portugal until I was 16. Unfortunately, an injury set me back, and it took four years to fully recover. Upon my return, I enrolled in college, where I now balance my studies with playing professional tournaments and coaching. My extensive experience as a player has shaped my coaching philosophy, emphasizing the importance of strong technique, mental resilience, and the joy of the game. Now, as a coach, I am dedicated to sharing my knowledge and passion for tennis with players of all levels, helping them achieve their goals and enjoy the sport as much as I do.
Teaching Style
I prioritize technique, ensuring that my clients develop a solid foundation before moving on to other aspects of their game. If needed, we start with specific techniques to enhance their strokes and overall form. Once the client has a grasp on the technique, I incorporate movement and cardio into the lesson, making it a more dynamic experience.
I adapt my approach based on each client’s skill level, so there are no fixed drills; instead, I choose various drills that best suit their needs and goals. My sessions are designed to be engaging, and while I strive to keep the atmosphere light and fun, I am also demanding. I am passionate about helping my clients improve and achieve their full potential on the court.
