About Me
I am a USPTA Certified Professional who has served the City of Long Beach as a Parks and Recreation Tennis Instructor at El Dorado Tennis Center for the past 15 years. I work with all age groups and levels, from toddlers to seniors and beginners to advanced players. I began my tennis career shortly after high school and have been learning all I can about tennis since then. I’ve had the opportunity to train with ATP and WTA tour coaches as well as USPTA Master Professionals. I believe experience is the best teacher—when I’m not teaching on the court, I actively play in three doubles leagues throughout Orange County and the South Bay to improve my own game so that I can improve yours.
I am available to coach at all tennis courts in Long Beach, California for all ages from youth to seniors, and at all levels.
Teaching Style
Learning tennis should be FUN! My goal is to have my students fall in love and stay in love with tennis. I teach kids, teens, and adults just starting out, as well as those who want to work on a specific part of their game (a more powerful forehand, serve, backhand, etc.) I also specialize in preparing late elementary and middle school students for high school tennis. My students have a 100% success rate in making the high school teams in the Long Beach area. I start with an assessment lesson and we go from there.

Yes, I can travel up to 15 miles to a tennis court in your area.
There is a 6 hour minimum commitment, but if you are not happy after the first lesson, I offer a 100% money back guarantee.
