About Me
Hello my name is Polina and I am a local Washington DC tennis coach from Kyiv, Ukraine! I have over 12 years of playing experience and over 3 years of coaching experience! I am a D2 college tennis player at the University of the District of Columbia. I have also competed in many tournaments, both national and international, with a lot of success. I was a winner a few times in doubles and finalist in singles in the national Championships. I advanced to the semifinals in the international tournaments and I had a chance to faced against top 800 WTA players.
I have been coaching individuals of all ages and skill levels for the past two years. Children who came to me began to win competitions, and amateurs were able to compete at a higher level against each other.
Teaching Style
I am providing different types of pravtices with passion and fun, it could be intense training, drills, hitting sessions.
So whether you need to work on some specifics like your forehand, backhand, volley, serve, service return, overhead, drop shot, approach shot, footwork, singles strategy or doubles strategy - I would be more than happy to help you out with your tennis game!
