About Me
I started playing tennis at the age of 5 at a local club near Ghent, Belgium, and quickly developed a passion for the sport. During my teenage years, I trained intensively while combining school and tennis, including two years of specialized sports classes with 5 hours of tennis training per week.
From ages 6 to 18, I competed actively in interclub competitions and tournaments across Belgium. After a break from competitive tennis, I returned to the court over the past four years and currently compete again at an intermediate Belgian ranking level of 30 points.
Over the last few years, I’ve also coached family members and friends, helping them improve their technique, confidence, and enjoyment of the game. At 18, I completed introductory tennis teaching courses focused on coaching methodology and player development.
As an expat and passionate tennis player, I’m highly motivated to help players of all levels progress in a positive and personalized environment. Whether your goal is learning the basics, improving consistency, gaining match confidence, or becoming more competitive, I tailor each training session to your ambitions and pace.
Teaching Style
My coaching style combines technical fundamentals, match-oriented drills, mental resilience, and above all: making tennis enjoyable.
