About Me
I began my tennis journey at the age of 8 and quickly progressed to competing in USTA tournaments. My training at IMG Academy Bollettieri helped shape my skills and passion for the sport. I played Division II tennis at the University of Mount Olive, reaching up to 2nd-seat singles.
In the summer of 2014, I discovered my love for coaching while working at a tennis academy in Minneapolis, MN. Since then, I’ve served as a head coach, running summer programs for Twin Cities Tennis Camps, and have also coached a high school team. I enjoy working with players of all ages and skill levels, helping them grow and achieve their tennis goals.
Teaching Style
Lessons begin with a warm-up, incorporating dynamic stretching or footwork drills to prepare both the body and mind. From there, we focus on a specific area of improvement through targeted technical drills. Each session concludes with either competitive play or a drill of the client’s preference.
My teaching emphasizes leveraging a player’s strengths to maximize their potential and enhance overall performance. I also incorporate discussions on the mental aspect of the game, including emotional intelligence, to help players better understand and refine their approach to tennis.

Paulina was great! She called me the same day I booked a lesson and we talked about my experience with tennis and hers. Scheduling the lesson was easy and Paulina accommodated me rescheduling. I was early for the lesson and she was already there. We did some quick mobility and then some forehand drills, practiced serves, and played some points. Paulina was good at coaching throughout and I felt improved at the end of the lesson with skills to work on. Looking forward to more lessons with Paulina!
My 10 yr old takes lessons with Coach Paulina. Coach P is kind, fun, and very encouraging to her. She pays attention and comes and watches my kid's matches to see her progress in a regular game and what needs to be worked on, which is more than I can ask for. My daughter feels seen and knows her coach cares about her tennis.
