About Me

Hi, my name is Matheus. I am currently a civil engineering student at BYU and part of the men's tennis team. I transferred to BYU after playing 2 years of college tennis at Texas Tech University. Previous to college I was Brazilian national champion and top-250 in the world juniors circuit. I spent almost 2 years of my life living in Argentina and Uruguay to improve my tennis. In addition to that in my tennis career I played tournaments in 11 different countries, and in more than 20 US states.

Teaching Style

I am able to coach you in all ways possible, I've been part of the biggest junior tournaments in the world, worked with and learned from coaches that coached top-10 players in the world as well as many other top-100 players. I will emphasize on developing your ability to improve tennis wise, but also help you understand better the game of tennis and acquire a knowledge that makes all the difference.
