About Me
I have been a PTR tennis teaching professional since in 1995. I am a certified Tennis 10 & Under Professional. In addition, I am an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, Certified PHI Pilates Instructor, and a Senior Group Fitness Instructor. I work with people of all ages and abilities. In 2010, I received the USTA Tennis Teaching Professional of the Year Award for the Allegheny Mountain District.
Teaching Style
My style is one in which I emphasize the mechanics of the strokes and also using your body in the most efficient way to learn an incredible sport. Each lesson is based on the individual.

Mark is an excellent coach!
Mark is very encouraging. My partner and I are beginners, so he planned each course with different warm-ups and exercises to help us build our skills. We can see our progress each lesson and will soon be able to play against each other. We love the time we spent with Mark.

Fantastic teacher. Patient, knowledgeable, methodical, very professional. The focus is on the lesson at all times. Mark quickly diagnoses the issues that need to be addressed and works on them thoroughly. He is outstanding.
