I was the director of an Iraqi youth tennis team for international tournaments in 1997, 1998 and 2005. I also served as the general secretary of the Iraqi Tennis Federation between 1994-1999 and was responsible for the Iraqi national team at the same time. I represented the Iraqi Tennis Federation at meetings in the Netherlands (1999), Dublin (1998), and Egypt (1997). My credentials include being an ITF level 1 in Jordan, attending an ITF coaches workshop in Jordan in 2002, being an ITF level 2 in Lebanon and attending the ITF Tennis 10s Tennis seminar in 2012.

I teach all styles. I like a topspin forehand and one-handed backhand, and also teach a two-handed backhand.

Latest Reviews

Manhal is not only passionate and knowledgeable about tennis, he knows how to deconstruct every swing, serve and drill resulting in absolute progress for the student. Thank you for a great instructor!!

Manhal added a ton of power and spin to my forehand in just one lesson. He definitely knows how to describe what to do when teaching you a new stroke and I had a lot of fun. I played a match today and won 6-2,6-2. I played the same guy last week before my lesson and lost 7-4,4-6,6-4 last week so I'm very happy with my lessons so far!
