About Me

Hi! My name is Lauren and I am originally from Houston Texas. I have played tennis ever since highschool, learning my freshman year. I went on to state tournaments every year - both in singles and doubles! I even came close a couple of times and was able to score second place in my division.
In college I played on the club tennis team, again in singles and doubles. Once I graduated, I spent many years teaching - anywhere from age 3 on to age 35!

I have tried to incorporate tennis in every stage of my life and want to continue here in Denver!

Teaching Style

I emphasize basics first, because once those are mastered the rest can be taught more easily. I try and structure my lesson in a way that works with the client. I child may be more interested in games that teach tennis, while an adult may want to learn the best way to serve. I try and understand what the goals are and go from there.
