About Me
I picked up a tennis racket at the age of 8 and seven years later, I began helping others learn the sport. Throughout my decade of teaching experience, I have worked with players from 4 years old to 80+, those at the start of their journey and ones pushing for their peak. And I enjoy it all. Helping others find joy in the sport brings me joy. Wherever you want to go with tennis, I know I can help you along the way.
I was a varsity tennis coach of a team that placed finished top 8 in 2016 and top 3 in 2017, with a doubles team placing 3rd individually at the Wisconsin state championship.
Teaching Style
I have an upbeat and easygoing personality. My lessons focus on a theme whether it's a particular stroke (volley, serve, etc.) or a concept (doubles positioning, point construction). The lesson starts with instruction and then incorporates the theme into games.

My wife and I took a one hour lesson from Kyle and by the end of the lesson we were progressing in ways that we had not experienced with other instructors. Kyle went as fast or slow as needed for us to learn a new skill. His coaching style and drills are very helpful and improved our tennis game tremendously. I highly recommend Kyle.
