About Me

Hello! my name is Joe Kelly and I recently moved to Nashville from Cincinnati after graduating from the University of Cincinnati. After playing at a high level I got recruited to play D1 college tennis at Bellarmine University. After a major knee injury after 2 years of college tennis I transferred home to the University of Cincinnati to finish my degree. I started teaching at 16 years old and started teaching as a full time job after my two years of playing in college. With 6+ years of teaching experience at Western Athletic Club, Newport tennis academy and the women's coach for Newport Central Catholic High School in Northern Kentucky, I'm really comfortable teaching players of all experience levels and ages. I promise a high energy lesson while focusing on being technically correct/comfortable as well as working on many mental improvements to your game. I'm excited to connect and I look forward to working with you!

Teaching Style

My teaching style is very personalized to each and every client. No two lessons will be the exact same, while continuing to work the same fundamentals. I like to keep every lesson fresh and energetic while still really focusing on the best fundamentals for YOU. I am a very vocal teacher giving feed back and teaching points all the time.
