About Me
In Feb 2024 I published what has been called by those who have reviewed it the most unique tennis book ever written: Modern Tennis Instruction - A Historical Guide to Play Your Best Tennis. Cover is pictured above. Only 500 Numbered Limited Collector's Editions came out but the reviews were far beyond what I dared hope for. I am a current USPTA Elite Professional and PTR Pro certified. I have been called one of the top developmental coaches in the USA, I devoted the last half of my life to simplifying and reforming tennis instruction. I guarantee if you take a lesson and don't see improvement you feel is optimal for your game, then you don't pay. My book won't come out in paperback on Amazon until end of year.
I currently run the Fayette County Parks & Rec Tennis Program and Kiwanis Park in Fayetteville is my home court. On weekends I teach in Atlanta.
Teaching Style
Working and studying with some of the best coaches in the world gave me a gift that keeps on giving regarding helping students realize how to play tennis well. I don't teach tennis as much as I free up the student to move efficiently according to their individual biomechanical capacity. I design lesson plans per the student's goal. I show them how to climb the ladder to athletic proficiency. My Lessons come with a lot of video suggestions via email that have proven very popular with students.
