About Me
Hi, my name is Jesse. I am a 20-year-old college student who has been playing tennis ever since I could pick up a racquet. I won several tournaments and titles during my high school career and carried my competition into college where I play club tennis for Temple University. I love the sport and would be excited to help bring your game to the next level no matter of your age or experience. My lessons are active and focus on aspects of the sport that you wont find with other trainers. Every session will be active and enjoyable ultimately taking you to the next level of your game while learning to love the sport even more.
Teaching Style
The most important thing about tennis is your ability to stay mentally strong. Tennis is more of a mental game then some give it credit. Therefor through any competition or friendly match I will help you understand not only how to keep composure but how stay mentally strong.
I will take you through the general performance components encountered along the way. The general performance components are physical, technical, strategic, mental/emotional, and environmental.
