About Me
My name is Jared, and I am a microbiology student from Bellmore, New York. I have been a competitive tennis player since I was 6-years-old. I have competed on a national level for over ten years, reaching a high of #259 in the country (3-star college tennis recruit) and #15 in New York State. In high school I was recruited to play Division 1 college tennis at several different schools, but chose against it due to my need to focus on academics. I have been teaching tennis for over five years. My teaching experience includes large groups, small groups, and individual lessons. I would love to have the opportunity to make you a better tennis player!
Teaching Style
In my lessons, I tend to focus on every part of the game. For beginners, I like to establish a good base with groundstrokes. Once this is established, I like to move towards consistent rallying and point play. With intermediate and advanced players, I like to touch on groundstrokes, volleys, serves, and point play in each lesson. My specialty is serving. In order to make your serve a weapon, perfect fundamentals are crucial.

Jared is cute and enthusiastic. He is patient and professional enough to coach kids, and amiable enough to keep friends with kids.
