Jim was terrific. Outstanding ability to break down fundamentals in technique and translate/communicate to the student.

He starts first with an evaluation of you ground strokes (FH/BH) and serves as a baseline and then formulates a detailed incremental development plan addressing grip, FH and BH techniques/form, footwork, positioning and serves.

You gave my daughter Hayley a tennis lesson at WDW Resort. With all the people you've given lessons to since then, it's unlikely you remember her name. However, she as a little blonde 8 year old and you ended up giving her a two hour lesson.

You worked with her from the baseline and felt there wasn't much to correct. Then you worked on her serves, coming to the net, and you showed her a different way to volley. We thought it was a great lesson and wished we had read the article about you in Tennis magazine sooner.

Anyway, she went to the Little Mo Nationals, and won the 8 and under category, without losing a set. We wanted you to know that we felt your lesson played a part. After your lesson, she started coming to the net more and her volleys have kept improving!

Jim is an excellent tennis coach/instructor. He is smart, reliable, organized and most of all, passionate about tennis. I am an athletic adult male that in my quest to learn the fundamentals of the game, has endured 6-7 instructors over the last few months. Each one missing some component necessary to help me acquire a strong foundation of skills needed to play the game competitively well.
