About Me
I have been a staff instructor at Cheviot Hills and have been a USPTA certified instructor for approximately 10 years. I have conducted clinics for the USTPA and am an instructor with ACEing Autism. I have work edwith the UCLA Adaptive Tennis Program on campus weekly for the past four years.
For eight years I have represented the USPTA as its official tour photographer at more than 50 ATP and WTA tournaments including five U.S. Opens, the Australian Open and the French Open. My proximity to the best players in the world has given me a unique perspective on the game's finest techniques.
Teaching Style
I am experienced with small children and my specialty with respect to that is making tennis fun first. I work on the techniques of groundstrokes, volleys and serving as a basis for my lessons. Footwork is a big part of my lessons as well.

He is an excellent instructor! He fixed a few issues of mine in no time flat! Additionally, he recognizes that King Crimson is good music!
Harvey was the instructor for my first ever tennis lesson. He was very patient, and all of the verbal and visual cues that he gave me were easy to process, and he helped improve my game immediately. I wish I had more time to train with Harvey because he undoubtedly would've helped me elevate my skills.
