About Me
I am a recent graduate of Mary Baldwin University, where I majored in business with a minor in exercise & sport management and emphasized in marketing. After gradiation I have pursued my masters degree at The University of Florida in Sport Management. While at Mary Baldwin I played number one doubles and singles for the years I was at Mary Baldwin. During my senior year I also ran indoor and outdoor track and field where I focused on hurdles, sprints, and long jump. I also held a leadership position on our universities SAAC committee, which is the Student Athlete Advisory Committee. I helped organize community to university events, helped build floats for Mary Baldwin in the Staunton Christmas parade, and helped with many fundraisers.
Teaching Style
I really like to focus on one skill at a time and not rush and cram everything into one lesson. If there is a skill, backhands for example and I see that is something we need to work on I will help break down movements and work together to improve.
