About Me
My name is Ethan Goodman. I have been playing tennis for 12 years and coaching private lessons for the last 5. I played tennis in high school and at Mesa Community College in Arizona. When I was done competing, I became the head coach of the boy's tennis team at Williams Field High School. Now I am a student at Brigham Young University and tennis continues to be my biggest passion. I have coached at BYU summer tennis camps, various after school camps and taught lots of private lessons. I hope to be an ambassador of the sport by teaching tennis and making it fun. I want to get more people to appreciate the beautiful game that I do. Your improvement and enjoyment of tennis are my goal.
Teaching Style
I begin the lesson with groundstrokes, by tossing balls, feeding and then rallying with the student. This allows them to slowly warm up to rally pace. From there I will specialize the lesson for anything the students wants to work on with drills I see fit. Lastly, I end the lesson with serves.

Yes, I can travel up to 20 miles to a tennis court in your area.
