Ed is an excellent instructor with a great way with people. I highly recommend him!
Ed is very easy to work with. He can explain his thoughts without getting too technical. When I mentioned I was sore after out last session, he adjusted my lesson to include some warm-up exercises. I'm enjoying our time together and look forward to the next session.
