About Me
Hi there! My name is Corina Gavra (formerly known as Corina Popa) and I have been in the tennis industry for many years. I have competed from a wide range of levels. From USTA, to ITF’s. Unfortunately an injury has caused me to end my competing career but my passion for tennis has continued to grow. My next step in my tennis career is to coach those who want to improve in their game, or who need a hitting partner. Whether you are just starting, or have been in the game but want to improve, my goal is to help you achieve the dream of becoming the best you can be in the game.
Teaching Style
I like to break things down to get the basics comfortable for every player. And as you know, tennis also comes with a mental game, so match play/points are essential. I aim to play fun and engaging games, where they can improve on their game style and love the sport.
