Hey, my name is Chris. I have been teaching tennis for 8 years. I started playing tennis in high school and competed at the open level in southern California. As an adult, I competed in USTA team tennis and in low level professional tournaments called ITF futures. I stopped competing due to injury and I started teaching shortly after. I work with beginners to advanced, and of all ages. As a coach, I design tennis lessons to meet each student's specific needs. No matter what your tennis goals are, you can improve your game drastically through my guidance and some hard work. I strive to help every student improve, and structure lessons based on what the student needs. For more advanced players, I emphasize point construction, strategy, keeping a positive attitude on the court, and developing winning habits. I am able to teach at Wheeler Park in Huntington Beach and Pearson Park in Anaheim. If you have another available location more convenient for you, please let me know. Thanks!
I emphasize footwork and repetition of correct technique. I like to structure my lessons specifically around my student's goals and what I believe my student needs to excel.

I had no skills when I started with Chris. Five lessons later and I can serve, use my back hand, and keep a rally going. Very responsive and flexible schedule. Great coach. Thanks, Chris!!
