About Me
Hello! My name is Chandler and I am a tennis professional with 20 years of competitive playing experience, as well as over 12 years of teaching experience. I played competitive junior tennis from a young age, working up to a top 100 national ranking and receiving multiple D1 offers. My passion now lies in teaching and I happily teach learners of all ages and skill levels. If you're looking to grow your game to its highest level or just looking to have fun learning a new hobby, I'm here to help.
Teaching Style
I develop individual lesson plans based on my students. For students who are younger or newer to the game, I focus heavily on hand-eye coordination, footwork, and developing good habits early with your strokes. For players looking to play at a higher level, I focus on point development, serve attack, mental game, and stroke development. No matter what my students are looking to achieve, I make learning tennis fun. Even when striving for the next level, I believe that having fun while working hard is the best way of reducing burnout and increasing the love of the game.
