Hi, my name is Bill. I just moved to San Diego from Oakland in March '23. I will be coaching at Monte Vista High School in Spring Valley, Balboa Tennis Club, and various parks in Chula Vista.

All lesson fees include court reservation fees, to avoid surprises.

Over the years, it has been a pleasure to learn from more than 15 coaches who have had #1 players in the world, but even more importantly, with those Tennis Professionals who really understand how you feel when you are coming to a lesson. With over 200+ USPTA continuing education credits, I am fairly certain I am among the top 5% of Tennis Coaches in the surrounding area.

It's all about YOUR best Tennis. So I take the time to discover your learning style and which style of shots is ideal for you. I never teach a cookie-cutter approach. Everyone is different and has different goals; we work together so that you can have your most rapid advancement in the sport.

Teaching Style

My lessons are about learning the true fundamentals of how to excel at the game and enjoy it. I see some improper fundamentals being taught, which leads to frustration and difficulty. I am very happy and so is my student when they come for their first lesson, it usually leads to an 'A-ha' experience.
