About Me
Hi, I’m Ali Moradmand — a USTA 5.0-rated player and tennis coach with more than five years of experience. I spent three years coaching at specialized tennis academies, working with players across every level from complete beginners to advanced competitors, and for the past two years I’ve focused on private and group lessons. As a competitive player, I’ve spent years in high-level match play, and as an active member of USTA Coaching, I continually sharpen my methods and stay current with the best modern teaching approaches. That mix of real playing experience and ongoing coaching education is what I bring to every session. My goal is to pass on what I’ve learned — helping you build strong fundamentals, smart strategy, and real confidence on the court. I coach in both English and Persian, and I believe great tennis should also be genuinely fun to learn.
Teaching Style
With over five years coaching players from beginner to advanced, I’ve learned that no two players are the same — so every lesson starts with your goals and current level. I combine strong fundamentals (footwork, grips, stroke mechanics) with live-ball drills and real match scenarios, so you don’t just hit balls — you learn to compete. Drawing on my own competitive experience, I give beginners patient, step-by-step guidance and advanced players detailed technical feedback and match strategy. My sessions are structured, high-energy, and built to deliver results you can actually feel.
