About Me
Hi, I'm currently a rising Junior at University of Maryland. I've been playing tennis for around 10 years now, and coaching for four. Although I no longer compete, I'm still active at my school's tennis club and enjoy the sport. I look forward to spreading my love for tennis with my students!
Teaching Style
I typically emphasize ground-strokes with my students as I believe they are the most important part of the game(particularly with beginner and intermediate players), but also make sure to try and spread out some time for practicing other aspects(serves, volleys, etc) in order to make sure the student has a chance to improve their game as a whole. I don't strictly follow any one schedule as I typically tailor my plans based on the student and the day. I also like to allow the students to hit live balls when possible as opposed to sticking strictly to drills.
