He has over 15 years of playing experience and has played in AITA (All India Tennis Association) events and has held ITF (International Tennis Federation) and USTA (United States Tennis Association) memberships. He has trained in Chandigarh Lawn Tennis Association and Harvest Tennis Academy, India. He has coached advanced and amateur players in Washington DC (USA), Madrid (Spain) and Dubai (UAE).
