Hi, my name is Geronimo. I had a racket and ball in my hand and was learning how to play tennis before I could walk. I come from a tennis family. My mother is a former tennis player and varsity high school tennis coach, and all five siblings including myself have excelled at an advanced level in tennis. I have been a part of University Interscholastic League tennis for six years and competed at the state level with a runner-up placement. I also have eight years of USTA competition experience with a champ level rank. Living in Pecos, Texas. I have taught lessons for five years to young children and intermediate players. I enjoy these level of players because I believe every person needs a strong foundation to grow and I believe I have instilled this into my previous students.
My strong points in my game come from my forehand and serve. I feel that the forehand should be strong in every game and can be a game changer in delicate points in a match. The serve begins the point and you can start it off with an advantage right off the bat. Along with these two strokes, I specialize in coaching young children, beginners and intermediate players. I have great communication skills and can relate with each player that comes my way. I will keep each lesson to the players liking and keep the sport fun. Tennis, of course, is the sport of a lifetime, and should always be fun.

Geronimo has a great disposition with my kids. He is engaged in their learning of tennis, he is calm and relaxed, and he makes the lessons fun.
Geronimo is very patient with my daughter, and he can answer all her many questions.
Geronimo will without a doubt improve your game. He does a great job of pinpointing flaws and communicating corrections in an effective way. He's a good-natured person and fun to be around. He is very reliable. I highly recommend training with him.
We have had a wonderful experience with the lessons from Geronimo. My husband and I are very new to tennis, and as beginners he has been very patient and thoughtful. Since we began our lessons with Geronimo, we have seen a very noticeable improvement in our tennis game. I would recommend Geronimo to anyone who wants help improving their tennis.
My wife and I are taking lessons with Geronimo, and he has been very patient as we are both complete beginners.
Geronimo was very patient and provided my wife and I, who are both beginners, with excellent instruction. We will be continuing to schedule lessons with Geronimo for the foreseeable future.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE him. He totally puts up with me which is a feat in itself. He never rolls his eyes or gets annoyed. He's super cool and knows exactly what he's doing. You'll be a better tennis player if you are taught by Geronimo.
Geronimo is super awesome both as an instructor and person. He makes learning fun and never ever criticizes you no matter how awful you really are. He's full of nothing but patience. He would be great with people of all ages. Two thumbs up!
Humble. Mature. Excellent with his tennis skills. Geronimo is completely focused on making his students better (first hand experience). He knows the game inside out and shares pro tips selflessly. I definitely feel I having gained more after completing my lessons with Geronimo.
I could not have been more pleased by my experience with Geronimo. A third-generation player from an unabashed tennis family, Geronimo combines enthusiasm for the game with an ability to articulate the mechanics in a clear and understandable way. I came in lacking even the most basic tennis fundamentals, and feel, after a round of lessons, that I have the foundations to really build out my game. And I cannot help but want to play more—Geronimo's love of the sport is contagious. Work brought me to Houston so I unfortunately couldn't continue lessons, but I'd heartily recommend Geronimo to anyone in the Austin area
I have enjoyed working with Geronimo. He is very patient as well as technical and is able to encourage and make adjustments regularly to improve my performance. My game has improved so much in such a short period of time!
