We stand behind the service we provide. If you are not satisfied with your tennis lessons, please call or email us. We will do our best to resolve the issue by finding you a new instructor or refunding your package purchase.
At MyTennisLessons we want to be sure that you have the ideal tennis lesson experience, which is why we offer the MTL 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
- If you are not satisfied with your initial coach we will match you with another coach for no additional cost.
- If we are unable to match you with a new coach and you decide that you do not wish to continue with tennis lessons, we will refund the lesson package.
- In order to obtain a refund, you must provide us with a notice of cancellation within 24 hours following your first lesson. Please note that if you take any lessons past your first lesson or you fail to give us said 24 hours of notice following your first lesson, you will not be refunded.
- The MTL 100% Satisfaction Guarantee applies to lesson packages, not for students who have chosen to pay-per-session
Rescheduling and Cancellations
- It is imperative that you give your instructor/student 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend/conduct the lesson. All cancellations and rescheduling of lessons should be arranged between the student and instructor.
- If a lesson must be cancelled after the 24 hour window due to either inclimate weather or personal emergency, be sure to communicate this with your instructor/student asap.
- All missed lessons not rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours will be marked as complete (extenuating circumstances noted above aside).
- All purchases for tennis lessons are non refundable after 30 days from purchase.
- All credits for tennis lessons expire 6 months from purchase.
