About Me

Hi! My name is Sydney. I am 17-years-old and entering my senior year of high school. I've been passionate about tennis for nearly 13 years and have played for the Varsity Tennis team since 6th grade, serving as captain since 10th grade. My love for the game extends beyond just playing; I find great joy in mentoring younger players and watching their excitement and skills grow. It's incredibly rewarding to see their enthusiasm for tennis continue to flourish.

Teaching Style

In each tennis lesson, I focus on building a strong foundation by teaching fundamental skills such as proper grip, stance, and swing technique. I use a mix of drills, games, and one-on-one instruction to keep lessons engaging and tailored to each student's abilities. I foster growth by setting achievable goals, providing constructive feedback, and celebrating small victories to build confidence. By creating a supportive and fun atmosphere, I encourage students to push their limits and cultivate a lasting passion for tennis.
