About Me

Hi, my name is Steve. I have been a tennis professional and coach for more than 40 years. My accomplishments include seven years of ATP Tour experience as coach for Paul Annacone (highest world rankings, #12 in singles, #2 in doubles).

I am the president and owner of Annacone Tennis Management LLC (ATM), a company specializing in the management of tennis facilities. ATM currently manages Sag Harbor Park Tennis, My Hamptons Pro (a private court concierge tennis business in the Hamptons), the Raptor Bay Golf Club tennis program, the Hyatt Coconut Point Hotel tennis program, as well as the Hyatt Coconut Plantation Resort tennis program in Bonita Springs, Florida.

Under my guidance, the goal of ATM is to increase participation in the sport and provide a great experience for players of all levels, from those just beginning to play tennis, to seasoned players who aspire to prove that tennis is the sport for a lifetime.

Teaching Style

I adjust my style to the student and the situation. I have been in numerous different scenarios and believe it is important to be flexible yet organized. I always have a lesson, clinic or camp plan before walking on the court and I make adjustments according to what is working and what is not. My emphasis is on basic technique, strategy, and actual point situations that are necessary during a match.
