About Me

My name is Shreyas Singh, currently pursuing degrees in Finance and Accounting at the University of Washington. With a solid GPA of 3.5, I am committed to academic excellence and practical learning, as evidenced by my active participation in clubs like the American Marketing Association, Corporate Banking Club, and the Tennis Club. I have played tennis since I was 7 years old, participated in various USTA tournaments, and was the varsity No. 2 on the Skyline High School tennis team. I continue to play tennis through club tennis to keep my interest and skills sharp.

I also conducted tennis camps during my summer breaks for beginners and intermediate levels, successfully getting a few of my students to join the junior varsity tennis team. Additionally, I founded Connect Talent, a social platform connecting high school and younger students for mentorship in academics and extracurriculars, demonstrating my leadership and commitment to community service.

Teaching Style

My teaching style, particularly in tennis, focuses on developing fundamental skills, strategic thinking, and mental toughness. I believe in creating an engaging and supportive environment that encourages students to push their boundaries and continuously improve. Patience, determination, and fun are key components of my approach; I understand that learning takes time and that each student progresses at their own pace. By providing consistent encouragement, constructive feedback, and a sense of enjoyment, I help my students build confidence and resilience.
