Coming from a teachers family I love coaching and helping others to have a great time learning, practicing and enjoying one of best sports in life while enhancing experiences, enduring character, living healthier and making friends for life.

Teaching Style

Style depends on the characteristics of the persons taking the class.
First talk to the person to know him/her, past injuries and physical shape and what they want to achieve in the long term.
Explanation of what are we gonna do in that particular lesson.
Warm up, stretching and basic movements.
Hitting balls and specific drills relates to what the person wants to achieve.
