Hi there! My name is Samuel, but you can call me coach Sam.

All of the best things that have happened in my life came from having a positive outlook. Having an optimistic perspective on improvement is a key factor in reaching your fullest potential. When I step on to a tennis court as a coach, I make it a priority of mine to instill that positive outlook in my students no matter their age, skill level or life circumstances. I like to say I use tennis as a tool to help my students fall in love with the journey of improvement... That's how you get the best results.

Tennis is a sport that you can play for your entire life. If you decide to take lessons with me, I'll aim to give you the tools you need to maintain a healthy body, mind and spirit for as long as you'd like.

Fun fact - I can't juggle tennis balls but I can juggle rackets. Don't ask me how!

Any one of my students will tell you I am always emphasizing the importance of growth in increments...No body becomes great overnight and it's easy to get frustrated with yourself along the way. My lessons are structured in a way that make my students feel accomplished at the end of every session. If you leave the court feeling like you've progressed you're likely to return with a positive attitude that will inspire further progression. It all starts in the mind, the belief that you will and are getting better is all it takes to actually achieve it!
