About Me

I am currently the Head of Professional Development for hundreds of coaches throughout North and South Caroline. I love working with the coaches, but miss spending time on the court with the players.

Teaching Style

Lesson with me will be, first and foremost, educational. I want to teach you how to grow and improve. You will change bad habit and develop good ones. You will be equipped with the understanding of how to continue to improve no matter your age or level...and we will do it all while addressing fitness and having fun!
