About Me

Hi, my name Ryan. I have played tennis since I was 2 years old, grew up training at Mike Wolf Tennis Academy with Coach Mike Wolf and with Jack Sock. I traveled around and trained at IMG, Top Gun with Heath Turpin as well as Trent Tucker Tennis Academy. I played tennis at Washburn University finishing 13th All-Time in wins at the summation of my career. I came to William Woods after serving as the Head Tennis Professional/Junior Director for Genesis Health Club/World Gym in Merriam, Kansas. During his tenure at Genesis, I was responsible for the growth of all junior program for the 18U division. I taught there and World Gym for 2.5 years for over 42 hours a week.

Teaching Style

I definitely emphasize technique and everything moving smoothly together. I use my Kinesiology degree quite a lot with my tennis knowledge.
