About Me
Hi, my name is Polina. I recently graduated from McPherson College where I was part of the tennis team. I've been playing tennis since I was 5 years old, and it's been a big part of my life. I am originally from Russia, and I used to play professionally. I was in top 20 in my country and my highest achievement is reaching top 7 in Russia. During my college experience I was a National Tennis Doubles Qualifier, as well as being in top 5 players in the region. My senior year I was named "Scholar Athlete of the Year". I love teaching tennis and I have a great experience.
Teaching Style
I start my coaching lesson with a good and intense warm-up to prepare the body for work. Then based on the players level I build an individual plan for each player. I would like to build deep relationships with my players so we can build a success-plan together. When your goals are set then we start working towards reaching those goals. I want to make sure that all players are enjoying the process so I will ask for feedback once in a while to see where we are at.
