About Me
Hi, I’m Nisan! I’m a passionate tennis player and coach with years of experience on the court. I’m currently a Division I student-athlete at the University of Delaware, where I compete on the Women’s Tennis Team while pursuing my degree in Business.
I’ve been playing tennis competitively since I was young, and my journey has taken me to tournaments at both national and international levels (270 no. in itf juniors). Over the years, I’ve learned the importance of discipline, strategy, and resilience, which I strive to pass on to my students.
As a coach, I’ve worked with players of various ages and skill levels, focusing on personalized training plans that develop technical skills, mental toughness, and a love for the game. My teaching philosophy emphasizes patience, encouragement, and a tailored approach to help each student reach their full potential.
My current coaching aspiration is to continue sharing my passion for tennis by mentoring players who want to improve their game, whether they’re just starting out or preparing for competitive play. I’m excited to help you sharpen your skills, build confidence, and enjoy the sport as much as I do!
Teaching Style
My teaching style focuses on developing strong fundamentals, improving technique, and building tactical awareness. I emphasize consistency, footwork, and mental resilience, structuring lessons with drills, match play, and personalized feedback.
