Teaching Style

Some of my teaching specialties are Improving match play strategies ( so helping players understand and implement effective strategies during matches ). Another specialty is enhancing mental toughness ( teaching tragedies for maintaining focus, managing stress, and staying resilient under pressure. Things I always emphasize are strong foundation in grip, footwork and stroke mechanic. Lesson Structure
1. Warm-Up: Begin with dynamic stretching and light drills to prepare the body.
