About Me

My name is Meggan, and I am from Saint Lucia in the Caribbean. I grew up in Saint Lucia where I began tennis at the age of 2 years old. I started taking it serious at 7 years old and started playing in the Caribbean region. I was ranked number 3 in the Caribbean and Central America between ages 12-14. I moved to the United States at age 17 to play DII college tennis at the University of Charleston. I played there for four years and had a great run in collegiate tennis.

I began my coaching career at Carmel Valley Tennis Camp in Monterey, CA from 2019-2022. I moved to Las Vegas and coached at Darling Tennis Center from August 2022 to August 2023. I then began coaching privately since.

Teaching Style

My teaching style is fully based on the student. I adapt to my student based on their needs and wants from the game of tennis. I do my best to find out the goals of the client and focus on these goals when teaching.
