About Me

Hi, my name is Matthew G. I am a soon to be graduate of Rhode Island College, where I have spent the last four years as a member of the men’s tennis team. While on the team I have compiled the most career points and doubles wins in school history, and I currently sit second in total singles wins.

In addition to playing for RIC, I coach the West Warwick Girls Tennis team and am an instructor at the Plum Beach Tennis Club in the summer.

Teaching Style

I focus heavily on ensuring that each stroke is being utilized efficiently and effectively. Immense repitition of each wing of the game is necessary to build a foundation for successful tennis.

FAQ's

Can I bring more than one person?

Yes! I often work with groups of families or friends with 2-4 people.

Are there any other fees?

Nope! All fees are already included in the price. (tennis court fees, taxes, etc)

Can you travel to me?

Yes, I can travel up to 15 miles to a tennis court in your area.

Do you offer a trial lesson?

There is a 6 hour minimum commitment, but if you are not happy after the first lesson, I offer a 100% money back guarantee.

Can we speak before the lesson?

I will contact you shortly after signup. You will NOT be charged until we have spoken about your schedule and other important details.
