About Me
Hi, I’m Maria! I’ve been playing tennis for 12 years, competing throughout high school and at the NCAA Division III level in college. I also spent my summers coaching, primarily working with children, and I would love to continue being part of the tennis community.
Whether you’re looking for someone to rally with, want to improve your skills, or are introducing your child to tennis, I would be happy to support your journey. Tennis is a lifelong sport, and I love sharing everything it has taught me.
Please feel free to reach out; I’m happy to schedule a call to see if I’m the right fit for you!
Teaching Style
My teaching style is positive, encouraging, and personalized. I take time to understand each player’s personality, experience, and goals so I can adapt each lesson to their age and skill level.
Before and after each practice, I like to discuss what we are working toward and what progress we made. Lessons may include technique, drills, agility, footwork, games, and match play. There is always more to develop than simply hitting the ball, and I aim to make every session productive, engaging, and enjoyable.
