About Me
Hi, my name is Lucas. I am originally from Brazil and I have started playing tennis when I was 5 years old. I was ranked number 1 player in Brazil under 18 and I had ATP points when I was 16 years old. I have played professional tournaments in 15 different countries and when I was 17 I decided to come to the United States to play NCAA D1 tennis at University of Tulsa and transferred to Florida Gulf Coast University where I was the assistant coach while completing my MBA.
I have worked as the Head Teaching Pro in Fort Myers, FL and Nantucket.
Teaching Style
Typical lesson would be 30 minutes of rhythm/technical work on groundstrokes, serves/return of serve. Always finish the lesson with point play and strategy. Always open to listen to my client and emphasize any drills or strokes if requested
